A key personality trait of our clients is ‘All or Nothing’ thinking. This can be your BIGGEST saboteur when it comes to changing your eating habits – because you are either doing it ALL right, or ALL wrong.
I strongly encourage you to let go of this way of thinking, and instead work on changing how you eat in a slow and steady way.
Pick whatever meal is the biggest challenge for you, and just start with that one. Stick with it for at least 7-10 days to get into that new habit, see how you go, and when you know you’ve got that meal nailed, THEN move onto your next set of changes.
